Create clarity
Your customers now start their journey inside an AI assistant. Even though your company is named 90% of the time by assistants, it might not be recommended as much. The fate of whether someone buys your product or service might be decided even before you get the chance to appear in front of the customer. This generally mimics the picture inside your company: multiple teams optimizing multiple funnel stages for the same customer, each with its own dashboard, its own research, and soon its own AI assistant confidently answering from partial context.
Now MCP and similar protocols are connecting every assistant to every system. Every agent will reason on some context. The question for design leaders is whether that context is shaped like the customer or shaped like the org chart.
This session makes the case that the end-to-end customer journey is the best context object an organization can give to people and to AI: customer-ordered, moment-addressable, traceable from evidence to action, shared across functions, and query-able.
